Once an order is placed and confirmed, refunds are not normally provided, as food is freshly prepared.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing, please contact us immediately.
- We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Quality Issues
- For genuine food quality issues, customers must notify us as soon as possible.
- Proof may be required where applicable.
- Each case will be reviewed individually.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate or failed payments, any extra amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Delivery Issues
- No refunds for delays caused by incorrect address details or customer unavailability.
- If delivery fails due to our fault, we may offer a refund or store credit.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.
